Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
